3) Items code or nama
4) Quantity
5) Colour
6) Size (if it is not free size)
7) Address
8) Mode of postage: indicate Normal Post or Poslaju or Registered Post

or fill the order form above.

2 - Wait for our confirmation or invoice & bank in the total amount (inclusive of postage charges) to our account at Maybank Berhad. Duration of payment will be given for maximum 3 days after receiving the invoice.

3 - Email the bank-in slip to (fira_balbatosa@yahoo.com) or sms to (+6017-2662144) your name, date, time & amount that is stated in the bank-in slip to us for verification.

4 - Delivery will be made within 2-3 working days upon receipt of payment.

* Please note that items are not exchangeable nor refundable.

** Items from Balbatosa Fashion are new and in excellent condition unless stated. Unfortunately, we cannot be liable or responsible for goods getting lost or damaged in the post.

*** We will send you the postal tracking number for you to track your package.

5 - For items below 1 kg, postage charges are as follows:

RM20 - RM45 (overseas)
